Responsibilities:
1. Review and Harmonize Innovation Maturity Models:
– Analyze various innovation maturity models and align them with the Tata Innovation Excellence Framework (TIEF).
– Identify synergies and conflicts between different models.
– Draw cross-linkages to reduce redundancy and efforts spent by group companies on innovation assessments.
2. Design and Implement Innovation Surveys:
– Create a comprehensive innovation survey targeting a broad employee base to validate leadership perceptions of innovation activities and maturity.
– Design survey content and format ensuring it is engaging, consistent, and accurate.
– Implement the survey using fun and user-friendly tools.
3. Prepare a Catalog of Recommended Practices (RPs):
– Study TBEM feedback and submissions to identify recommended practices.
– Analyze TBExG webinars and GI awards for additional insights.
– Solicit RPs using standardized templates and organize workshops to gather more RPs.
